Support coordinators and specialist support coordinators make most referrals to Manora Living. This guide explains what we need and what happens next.

What to have ready

  • The participant’s NDIS plan showing SDA funding, including the design category and building type
  • An occupational therapist report or SDA assessment, if you have one
  • The participant’s consent to share their information with us
  • Preferred suburbs and an idea of move-in timing

You can still refer without every document. Tell us what you have and we will follow up for the rest. Please do not email medical reports; we will send you a secure way to share them.

Making the referral

Use the referral form. It takes about five minutes, has no time limit, and you can save it and finish later on the same device. You can also email enquiries@manoraliving.com.au.

What happens next

  1. We check the SDA funding, design category and preferences against our homes.
  2. We reply with homes that match, or tell you honestly if we have nothing suitable right now.
  3. We arrange visits with the participant and the people who support them.
  4. We prepare a plain-English tenancy agreement and agree a move-in date.

Vacancy alerts

If nothing fits today, sign up for vacancy alerts filtered by design category. We email you when a matching home becomes available.
