We coordinate assessment with an accredited SDA assessor.
Step 4: Set-up and care
Fit-out, furniture and handover, with optional facility management from day one.
SDA Design Standard certification is completed by an accredited SDA assessor. Dwelling enrolment is decided by the NDIA on the SDA provider’s application.

Can you help with enrolment?
We help you prepare the enrolment application and supporting documents. The NDIA makes the decision.
Do you only work with large providers?
No. We work with providers of every size, from one house to a portfolio.
Do you certify properties?
No. Certification against the SDA Design Standard is done by an accredited SDA assessor. We coordinate the assessment and help you act on the findings.
