What is SDA?

SDA means Specialist Disability Accommodation.

SDA is a home built for people with disability.

SDA homes are built to be easy to live in.

Some have wide doors. Some have hoists. Some are extra strong and safe.

The NDIS pays for SDA.

SDA money must be in your NDIS plan.

SDA money pays for the home.

Your support workers are paid for in a different part of your plan.

You choose who gives you support.

You can change your support workers and keep your home.
